I know it's been a long time since I've blogged I need to get better at this. So, a few weeks ago I just got thinking how I feel my life is just routine. Everyday is the same thing for me. Get up with the kids, feed them breakfast, play, snack time, play, lunch, take Davis to school, go home, Adie naps, pick up Davis, go to work, come home and go to bed. And the next day it starts again. I love being home with my kids and I love doing things with them. My kids are getting at the age where they play well together . I know my kids come first in their needs, but maybe two or three times a week I would like to work on something that would be just for me. The problem is which this may seem silly, I don't have any hobbies and I would like to figure one out. I've spent the past 5 years tending to my kids that I've seem to have forgotten who I am and the things I like to do. Do any of you have any suggestions or ideas that could be fun to do? Just some things that isn't too expensive or just something fun that I could do. I would love to hear any ideas that you have to share!!! Please do!!

Reading is always an easy one...I get so caught up in books I could read for hours and hours! If you like art at all I could show you some fun techniques when you come to visit! :) Also there is always photography...there is a website my friend told me about recently that has 365 photo assignments...I'll email it to you!! If I think of more things I'll be sure to let you know! :)
I love that you are in search of hobbies. I hate that I never have time for hobbies, but I do have several. Photography for sure is one. I feel like it benefits my family too, so I feel less selfish when I take time to do it. Also I am really into Emergency Preparedness. Learn a photo program (Photoshop, etc) and a digital scrapbook program. Read. Learn to sew. Start a book for each kid - telling them about funny or important things they do / say.

Your hobby can be to come see me!!! :) I get in these crafty moods and try different things. Recently I have been trying jewelry making, making wreaths, sewing, those are just a few but I will keep thinking.
